Temporary Rules of the Road
- Reduce caffeine usage (If you must drink coffee, use a single source coffee. I use Starbuck’s Sumatra and I add a teaspoon of pure Chicory Root)
- Avoid anything carbonated
- Avoid fruit Juices
- Avoid spicy foods or anything containing vinegar
- Avoid regular breads (if you must have bread, choose sprouted breads like Ezekiel – they have different varieties)
- Do not microwave your food or drinks
Add These Daily
- Digestive enzymes with every meal
- Probiotic (later switch to a spore biotic )
- Black Seed Oil is excellent but can be hard on the stomach – take with an acid blocker like Omeprazole
Consume Daily for a Healthy Gut Biome
- Kettle & Fire Bone Broth (the small box)
- 4 garlic cloves
- Green Tea and Manuka Honey (raw & unpasteurized or a local honey that has not been heated)
- Omega 3 supplement (keep in fridge or freezer)
- Organic Berries
- Broccoli and or Broccoli Sprouts
- Continue with Chicken, but try to choose organic pasture raised
